Client challenge

Our client needed to understand the current state and value of their 1P data across 7 brands, so they could be aware of current ways of working, organizational structures, performance, and steps that are required to improve performance.

Our approach

We interviewed 7 brands, worked with internal and external partners and performed in platform assessments within Hubspot and Google Analytics to understand, document and analyze performance while also learning how the client leverages their 1P data in its current state.  Two loyalty programs were also reviewed at a high level.

The delivery

We delivered a powerpoint presentation that highlighted our client’s current 1P challenges and learnings, and a POV on recommendations at the corporate level as well as to each individual brand.

We also offered recommendations on steps the client can take to understand and pilot their qualitative 1P data using new technology in parallel to the initial diagnostic recommendations.
